Beschreibung

Histology is an essential subject for all future physicians. Unlike anatomy, which is mostly about learning where everything is and what we call it, histology teaches us about the purpose and structure of all of our tissues.

Interactive learning! Each organ system chapter has a gallery with photographs of the tissues’ cells under the microscope. Complete with annotations and details about staining methods used.
Includes an extensive glossary. Don’t know what a word means? Try to tap on it — a glossary definition may pop up over it.

As always, these are my notes for the subject: I learn by making chapter summaries which I improve over the course of the semester/year. This allows me to come back to the topic and revise it quickly as all of the information that I need to memorise and understand is on a one or two page spread.
This book is a combination of notes that I took in class and information that I found in books (see references inside) as well as on the web. As far as I know, all of the information within is factually correct, however if I have made any errors I would be very grateful if you could point them out to me so that I may correct them.
