Years of experience and research will make for a good book; but in the area of hostage negotiations and the psychology behind tactical empathy adds layers of insight to how people work! I already utilize a couple of these tactics just in my day to day interactions and have since developed a deeper understanding of the people around me (as well as myself!) Thank you, Chris Voss!
