Picking up several months after the events of STORMWATCH #27, it seems that Talos, a member of the WarGuard and a homicidal weapon of mass destruction, has for months now been living in the desert amongst the wreckage of SkyWatch. His sanctuary has been disturbed, and now it is up to Backlash to bring his erstwhile foe down before more innocent lives are lost.
