The year is 1964 when a single mother and her two teenage sons move from New York to a small town next to a lake in the Catskill Mountains. Baseball plays a big role in this story, but is only mentioned in a small portion of this book. This book shares the adventures of these two teenagers and the emotions of a sixteen-year old that all of us have felt at one time or another.
