Today we will use the Gaussian Blur Filter, Inverting Selections, Adjustment Layers and the Find Edges Filter to create an electrifying image of an automobile. You can use this effect on many different images.
This series uses Adobe Photoshop Elements, but you may use any image editing application that has similar features.
