We will learn to use the Gradient Fill Layer to provide images with a Neutral Density filter much in the same way a digital camera can use a filter when an image is taken. We will briefly explore the Photo Filter command as well so you will know it’s there and what it can produce.
This series uses Adobe Photoshop Elements, but you may use any image editing application that has similar features.
