Today we will use skills we have learned from previous Amazing Photo Editing (APE) lessons and build our own 3D Photo. We will learn about the Wave Distort Filter and another technique to use layers.
This series uses Adobe Photoshop Elements, but you may use any image editing application that has similar features.
