Beschreibung

Aptavani means the words of the One who evokes absolute trust and faith within the reader or listener. Such a person is called a Gnani Purush. The tewlveth Aptavani of Gnani Purush Dadashri is in two volumes. Aptavani 12 equips those who have attained the Self through Akram Vignan, to rise towards absolute Self.

Gnani is the One who has known, is in the experience of, the eternal Self. Purush means the Self. Akram Vignan means that which is attained without doing anything, and the science behind this. A gentleman by the name of Ambalal M. Patel became a Gnani Purush in June 1958. This happened spontaneously within him.

The Gnan Vidhi of the Gnani Purush separates the Self from the self. The reader is requested to allow for the use of capital letters in the book, which have been used frequently for ease of understanding the message of the Gnani Purush. The small ‘s’ is the self or the worldly interacting self, where the reader has to introduce one’s own worldly name. The ‘S’ is used to denote the awakened Self after the Gnan Vidhi or the absolute Self. Similarly, the small ‘y’ is used for the worldly self, and the ‘Y’ for ‘You’ is for the awakened One. The small ‘v’ is for the vision through the worldly eyes or the physical eyes whereas the ‘V’ is for the Vision of the awakened One as the Self.

This volume of Aptavani takes the awakened One deeper within the Self. It begins with the unique importance of the Agnas of the Gnani Purush, and shows how to become free from intellect-guided willfulness. Then begins the path by which the awakened One of Akram Vignan can be in the Knower Seer Stage. There is deep knowledge here about pure applied awakened awareness called Shuddha Upayoga. There is inner progress as the Self, towards the absolute Self. Every word of Dadashri takes the mahatma further. Mahatma is defined as the one who has entered the exact path of final liberation through the instructions of the Gnani Purush. Every word and sentence of the Gnani Purush in this book shatters yet another veil over the Vision that has been opened in the Gnan Vidhi of Dadashri. The Gnan Vidhi is a unique process whereby the seeker of the Self is given direct access to the Self without any need to do anything on the part of the seeker.

As one reads this Aptavani, one is filled with awe at the glimpses of the awareness that prevails in the Gnani Purush. As a result one’s head (ego and intellect) is naturally surrendered to the Gnani Purush. There is so much that is given by the Gnani Purush here, in so simple and direct easy words, that it fills the heart of the reader with pure and direct love. Our highest namaskaars (reverence filled obeisance) go to Dr. Niruben Amin and Deepakbhai Desai who have diligently preserved the original words of Gnani Purush Dadashri and compiled this material in the book form in Gujarati. The material in this Aptavani will help liberate seekers for centuries in the future.

If a new reader and seeker in spirituality has not participated in the Gnan Vidhi, reading Aptavani 8 first will help him understand this Science of the Self, called Akram Vignan better. He will also be able to understand this Aptavani 12 better. Exact understanding begins after the Gnan Vidhi.

“This Aptavani is something very special indeed. Speech that comes from experience of the Self is extremely rare. There can never be a book on experience of spirituality. This Aptavani has that experience only. The examples are of the experience. ‘We’ have described everything from the mountaintop. Nowhere has the complete experience been disclosed, because those people come to the station of experience of the Self, disclosed part of it, but they stopped saying the rest of the experience. However, this Aptavani of ours, is about the complete experience. This Aptavani will work forever,” Gnani Purush Dadashri.
